Courtney's journey in the event industry commenced in 2015, when she delved into logistics for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the Springfield area. Following that, she embraced marriage herself (currently celebrating 7 years!) and kindled an unwavering passion for guiding individuals through one of the most transformative events life has to offer.

As a collective team, we pledge to stand as your cheerleaders, unwavering support system, suppliers of caffeine, celebratory champagne poppers, comforting shoulders during teary moments, and an open sounding board for every creative idea your heart conjures. We can’t wait to start this journey with you.

A.K.A your new best friend, cheerleader, stress reliever, coffee provider, champagne popper, laughter enthusiast, old soul, and constant encourager.

My desire is to make you always feel heard so that your love story shines through every detail. One of my biggest passions in life has always been to help people in any way that I can. Before jumping into weddings full-time, I was managing logistics for non-profit events and conferences that would range from 1,500-10,000 people at a time. I did this for 4+ years, and during that time, I married my best friend in the whole world! Marriage is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me, so it was a natural transition into wedding planning. I’m passionate about marriage and helping you walk through this huge life transition without any stress!

I've been loving and serving my couples for over 4+ years in this industry! It's one of my greatest joys to celebrate with you and create fun memories you can cherish forever. To be a part of one of the most monumental moments in your life is not something that I take lightly. I feel honored when someone trusts me with this responsibility.

I have over 10 years of experience in business and sales. From banking, transportation, non-profits, and the the tech industry. I am from Springfield and have a business degree from Missouri State University. While business has allowed me to support my family I have always had a passion for design.

I have organized many events, but after my own wedding in 2021 I understand how peaceful it can be going into your wedding day organized, stress free, and confident. I have a skill for being able to visualize what could be and turning it into a reality.

My goal is to use my skills in organization, communication and design to help accomplish your perfect day.

Our team is always changing and growing with multiple ladies on our team as interns, day of assistances, and office assistance. You will likely hear from several people during your planning process with CJW, just know they all have a heart of gold. We are currently operating with 2 associate, 3 day of assistances, 1 office assistant.
